HEAL PRO™ ELASTOMER COATING

What's Needed:

• Brand new microfiber towels
• Applicator pads
• Wax and grease remover or isopropyl alcohol
• Adequate lighting
• Timer
• Gloves
• Face Mask

HEAL PRO™ is designed to offer Pro results that any DIY user can experience. Please do not apply in excessively hot, or moist conditions, avoid applying outside unless proficient in ceramic coating applications.

1- Prep the surface by washing the vehicle properly, and claying. Once finished you may begin polishing.

2- Polish your vehicle to the best of your ability, polishing is KEY to Heal Pro, as HEAL PRO™ can only heal scratches made onto the coating, not scratches below the coating. As HEAL PRO™ is all about perfection, Please make sure to polish your vehicle as well as you can. Then wipe all surfaces with isopropyl alcohol or a dedicated prep spray. Be sure to use fresh clean towels, and to always dilute isopropyl alcohol accordingly.

3- Prime your applicator pad by dripping 15-20 drops of HEAL PRO™ onto the pad. You want the pad to be mostly damp with product. Throughout the entire coating process, make sure to keep your applicator pad moist by continually adding HEAL PRO™ to the pad, as needed, to maintain an even coating.

3- To begin, apply HEAL PRO™ evenly in 1/4 panel sizes, all the way up to 1 panel at a time if you are a proficient installer. We suggest starting on the roof of the vehicle and working your way to the hood and around the entire vehicle.

4- Apply sections at a time in a single motion movement (up or down or left or right only). This means applying the coating in a single direction motion only, no need to apply in cross hatch movements.

5- Once the area is coated and the product has flashed properly you may begin wiping. We highly suggest testing the coating in 1 minute intervals, buff off a small corner of the work area to test if the coating is properly flashed, it should be very slightly grabby. on average it takes 2+ minutes to become slightly grabby. We suggest using at least three towels for this process and working one section at a time. Start with your first section- use one towel to wipe off HEAL PRO™, one towel to buff off any remaining residue; and one as a final wipe down to insure no residue is left behind.

6- Repeat step 5 until the entire vehicle has been coated

7- Check the vehicle for any residue and congratulate yourself for a job well done

We recommend not applying HEAL PRO™ to other surfaces besides paint, black piano trim, carbon fiber or other places where fine scratches matter.

Storage:

Always store in a cool, dry location with the lid tightly closed. Avoid applying without protective equipment and keep away from pets, animals or children.

What is HEAL PRO™ good for?

How long does it take for HEAL PRO™ to be applied?

Usually the turnaround time is about 2.5 to 3 hours, but it could take as long as 4 hours, depending on how big your vehicle is and what your demands are. Polishing times vary

Can HEAL PRO™ be applied to the interior?

Yes it could, however we highly advise against it, as there are other products designed for interior surfaces. Plus, You wouldn't want to waste HEAL PRO's™ amazing self healing ability on just anything!

How often do I have to reapply this coating?

This is totally dependent on the wear and tear that your vehicle experiences and how well you take care of it. Most users see multiple years before needing to reapply.

How long will my car be protected?

The coating will last for multiple years, depending on how you take care of the vehicle. The best way to do that is to bucket wash it once a week. If you can’t bucket wash it, use a touchless drive-through car wash, and if neither of those two are an option for you, then we highly recommend a great detailer to help take care of your vehicle and keep it scratch free!

Is there a specific maintenance that I need to keep doing or is it just set-it-and-forget-it?

It can definitely be a set-it-and-forget it, however to get the maximum performance and longevity, the following is recommended:

1. Regular car washes with a good quality Soap and a soft wash mitt.
2. Regular usage of a Quick Detail, a product that can add some slickness and hydrophobicity for those looking to get the most out of their coating.

What happens if I no longer want the coating on my vehicle?

You are stuck with it forever! Joking aside, a good polish will remove the coating. From there you can reapply the coating or carry on with raw, boring paint.

Do I need to be trained and certified to apply this coating?

No, of course not! That's another perk of HEAL PRO™ , we listened to the market and made an easy to apply and highly effective single layer coating that just about anyone can do. One of many ways we are saving you money and time.

Can I apply HEAL PRO™ to vinyl?

Yes, absolutely, you can! HEAL PRO™ absorbs into the vinyl and seals it from stains, and sun fade. The coating will also make cleaning and drying a breeze.

What if I can't polish?

That's ok too, for the serious customers you can hire a professional detailer or just apply the coating without any paint correction. Just be advised that HEAL PRO™ can only heal scratches made ONTO the coating and not scratches under the coating so paint correction is recommended
